Getting Started

Welcome to ShotStudio! This guide will help you get started with our AI-powered image processing tools.

1. Create an Account

Sign up at shotstudio.com/register with your email. New accounts get 30 free processes per month.

2. Choose a Plan

Start free or upgrade to Basic ($29.9/mo) for 200 processes, or Pro ($79.9/mo) for 600 processes. View pricing

3. Upload Your Images

Go to your Dashboard and upload product images. We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 10MB each.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per image.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Billing Settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Do unused processes roll over?

No, unused processes do not roll over to the next month. Your limit resets on the first day of each billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for any reason. Please review our Refund Policy or contact support.
